Responsibilities:
- Communication to the club, monthly email updates
- Responsible for reviewing all club inquiries. (inputs and complaints)
- Manage all activities for Club Championship: Reserve restaurant, Ensure all trophies are ordered, Plan meeting with committee to review all activities prior tourney date
Tournament Coordinator: Thanh Trinh
Responsibilities:
- Book courses for tournament play
- Tournament pairing listing, lowest Net tee off first (back up)
- Coordinate with course to ensure members get practice discount
- Ensure trophy and prizes are at hand
- Collect green fee during HVGA tournaments
Treasurer: Nhan Tran
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all financial transactions for the club
- Collect green fee during HVGA tournaments
Handicap Chairman: Ha Van Huynh
Responsibilities:
- Maintain handicap for all members
- Assign pairings for each tournament and provide Tsheet to course and members
- Collect all score card at end of tournaments to do Adjusted HCP
Texas Cup Captain: Ha Van Huynh
Responsibilities:
- Maintain TX CUP points for all players
- Plan all activities for TX CUP home year: Setup course, Reserve restaurant, Resolve any discrepancies with DFW
- Assign assistant captain(s)
Rules Committee: Simon Nguyen
Responsibilities:
- Be informed of all USGA rules and regulations
- Update the club with new rules and regulations
- Advise on local rules
