All new applicants must meet the following requirement before being eligible for membership.
- Membership shall be available to all people 18 years of age or older.
- Membership fee during an HVGA regular golf season is $65.
- New members must have at 2 HVGA Tournament scores to establish an HVGA index before they can win NET Trophy. however, new members are qualified to win GROSS trophy at any given time.
