Established in 2003, the Houston Vietnamese Golf Association is one of many official
Vietnamese regional golf associations across the country. One of our purposes is to foster interest in amateur golf and to encourage friendly competition
amongst Vietnamese members living in Houston as well as other regional Vietnamese golf associations throughout the United States and Canada. HVGA promotes
learning the game of golf, improving at the game of golf, and building strong friendships within the community. HVGA is also involved in the Vietnamese
community with raising money for local charities.
HVGA utilized the USGA-Sanctioned Handicapping System to promote fair and friendly competition among our members. We are always seeking
new members, anyone with the same mutual love for the game of golf. We are constantly learning, growing, and are actively taking part in preserving and
protecting the game of golf. This web site is a tool for our members and guests to participate in all aspects of our association. |
